We are so pleased with the work Victor and Braden did-- professional, friendly, fast, and with great explanations. We could not be happier with their work, as we always are with your company's work. The Daikin unit is working perfectly, keeping our open concept kitchen, family room, music room, and dining room a uniform, warm temperature. THANKS!!!

Althoff has helped us with our boiler system as well as our AC unit. They have repaired old units we had and even installed new ones when we needed. Everyone we worked with was kind, professional, and knowledgeable about the products.
Had difficult bulbs to replace and find they did it a short period of time and the installation was flawless

Matthew was such a pleasure to work with. He explained everything in layperson terms. Which I appreciated because I was extremely stressed out from the whole issue at hand. He gave me several different options to deal with the water damage and diagnose the source of the problem. of the leak. In conclusion, I would and will go to Altoff for all my future plumbing needs.

I recently switched to Altoff Services to do my annual A/C and Heater maintenance. They came this week to do the A/C. they did a thorough job in testing my A/C's cooling efficiency. they tested refrigerant levels. They removed the outside unit's shroud and thoroughly cleaned the unit. This was the first time anyone did that. I was very happy with the work they did.

We use Althoff Home Services for almost all of our HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical needs. Pros: - It is easy to schedule an appointment with them. If you are a member of their White Glove Club, you get priority scheduling. - They spend time explaining the work they perform and any recommendations they have. - Their pricing is transparent. Everything is quoted and sent via email, so you know what you are paying every time they come to your house. - Their employees do not work on commission, so there are no high-pressure sales tactics unlike some of their competitors. Cons: - Some of their services are a little expensive. I would hire a handyman to do things like re-seat a toilet or replace a faucet in lieu of hiring of one of their professional plumbers. - They charge to come out to your house to give pricing estimates, but will deduct this from your bill should you choose to use them. I highly recommend Althoff’s and their team of professional staff!
