Frequently Asked Questions
Why am I billed every month if I only receive salt every other month?
Your plan is billed monthly for convenience. Every scheduled delivery includes the value of two monthly payments, and you’ll receive six deliveries each year.
For the automatic delivery plans, do I need to schedule each delivery?
Nope! Your deliveries are automatically scheduled, and we’ll text you before each one.
Can you carry the salt inside?
Absolutely! If you’re home at the time of delivery (either an automatic plan or a la carte) we’ll deliver it where you need it, and we can even fill your softener if you’d like.
Can I change plans later?
Of course! If your household uses more or less salt over time, we can adjust your plan. If you need to cancel, that is an option as well, you will just be responsible for any deliveries you’ve received.
What if I need extra salt?
No problem. With an automatic delivery plan, additional bags can be purchased during your scheduled delivery.
