This is an entry-level position designed to help you learn our business from the ground up and grow into either a Customer Service Representative or Dispatcher role based on your strengths and interests.

What YOU’LL Do:

As an Office Operations Trainee, you’ll spend time learning several areas of our business, including:

  • Answering incoming calls and assisting current and potential customers
  • Scheduling service appointments and coordinating technician schedules
  • Learning dispatch operations and how to manage an ever-changing service board
  • Following up with customers and helping deliver an exceptional experience
  • Assisting with administrative tasks and office projects
  • Utilizing technology and company resources to solve problems and keep operations running smoothly
  • Supporting our mission of providing remarkable service while helping us continue to grow

What YOU Need:

  • A positive attitude and desire to learn
  • Ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent multitasking, problem-solving, and time-management abilities
  • Comfortable learning new software and systems
  • Dependable, coachable, and willing to “jump in” wherever needed
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Customer service, office, retail, hospitality, or administrative experience is a plus, but not required
  • HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or dispatch experience is a bonus, but we’ll train the right person
  • Must pas drug screening & background check

Other Position Details & Benefits:

  • Full-time, in-office position located in Crystal Lake, IL
  • Monday through Friday schedule, our office is open from 7am until 5pm, with rotating Saturday and after-hours overtime opportunities
