What YOU’LL Do:

As a Warehouse & Operations Associate, you’ll spend time learning several areas of our business, including:

  • Warehouse Operations
  • Purchasing & Inventory Operations
  • Delivery & Pickup Operations
  • Field Job Assistance (Residential Plumbing, Electrical & HVAC)
  • Other roles as our company continues to grow

  • Are dependable, self-motivated, and eager to learn
  • Enjoy solving problems and helping others
  • Take ownership and are willing to “jump in” wherever needed
  • Want to build a career and grow alongside a company that’s going places
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office programs
  • Customer service, office, retail, hospitality, or administrative experience is a plus, but not required
  • Ability to think proactively and take initiative without being asked
  • Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record (for positions requiring driving)
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening

Other Position Details & Benefits:

  • Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available
  • All positions are in office (Crystal Lake, IL)
  • Position requirements and schedules vary by employment status
  • Office hours are Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
