No. All automatic deliveries are pre-scheduled for Wednesdays to ensure efficient routing, and we automatically text you advance reminders before every arrival.
Can your team carry the salt inside and fill my water softener tank?
Absolutely. If you are home during delivery, we will carry the 40-lb bags directly to your softener location and fill your brine tank if requested.
Can I change plans, adjust salt quantities, or buy extra bags?
Yes. If your household salt consumption changes over time, we can adjust your plan level. Extra bags can also be purchased directly during your scheduled delivery.
What if automatic every-other-month delivery is not right for me?
We offer A La Carte delivery starting at $80 per order for 5 to 15 bags. You order only when needed with a flat $10 delivery fee.
