What YOU’LL Do:
As a Warehouse & Operations Associate, you’ll spend time learning several areas of our business, including:
- Warehouse Operations
- Purchasing & Inventory Operations
- Delivery & Pickup Operations
- Field Job Assistance (Residential Plumbing, Electrical & HVAC)
- Other roles as our company continues to grow
What YOU Need:
- Have a positive attitude and a “How can I help?” mindset
- Are dependable, self-motivated, and eager to learn
- Enjoy solving problems and helping others
- Take ownership and are willing to “jump in” wherever needed
- Want to build a career and grow alongside a company that’s going places
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office programs
- Customer service, office, retail, hospitality, or administrative experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to think proactively and take initiative without being asked
- Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record (for positions requiring driving)
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
