How the Process Works

Step 2:
We Deliver White-Glove Care. Our licensed, NATE-certified technicians complete the requested repair, tune-up, or installation to our highest standards.
Step 3:
Collect Your Rewards. Once your referral completes their qualifying service, you’ll receive your $50 gift card. After you reach 3 successful referrals and achieve Hand-Off Hero status, you’ll unlock your additional Hero benefits, including bonus reward points and an extra $100 equipment credit.
