Yesterday we had our furnace, air conditioning unit, air filter system and whole house humidifier replaced. Alex Florita and Wiktor Kruzel were the two technicians who removed the old equipment and installed the new products. To say the installation was flawless, incredibly clean and perfectly done would be a gross understatement. These craftsmen did a fantastic job, were very careful in our home and answered all of our questions completely. We , as usual with Althoff, were totally satisfied.
Today, Jesse Hernandez from Althoff came to us to replace our water heater. He was incredible. He was friendly, professional, and went way beyond my expectations. He answered every one of our questions, provided us with advice on how to best use the equipment and did an outstanding installation of our new tankless water heater. We have been customers of Althoff Home Services for over thirty years Over that time we have worked with many technicians and staff members to address our needs. I can say, without reservation, that all of these people met or exceeded our expectations. Jesse, Alex and Wiktor FAR exceeded those expectations. Jesse is an incredible technician. And what a truly nice person. Totally outstanding in every way.
