Brian was our tech at my dad's place. He did an HVAC checkup. My 99 yr old dad wanted to go to the basement with Brian so she could see what Brian recommended. He took the time to explain everything to dad, which I thought was so nice, given the fact it took dad awhile to get down the stairs! Great service.

We use Althoff Home Services for almost all of our HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical needs. Pros: - It is easy to schedule an appointment with them. If you are a member of their White Glove Club, you get priority scheduling. - They spend time explaining the work they perform and any recommendations they have. - Their pricing is transparent. Everything is quoted and sent via email, so you know what you are paying every time they come to your house. - Their employees do not work on commission, so there are no high-pressure sales tactics unlike some of their competitors. Cons: - Some of their services are a little expensive. I would hire a handyman to do things like re-seat a toilet or replace a faucet in lieu of hiring of one of their professional plumbers. - They charge to come out to your house to give pricing estimates, but will deduct this from your bill should you choose to use them. I highly recommend Althoff’s and their team of professional staff!
